STATEMENT expands its creative universe and collaborates with Franco-Japanese artist Tiffany Bouelle.
The collaboration between STATEMENT and Tiffany Bouelle was born from a meeting between two women and their shared attraction to geometric lines and sculptural forms, from which they create a story and an emotion.
At Tiffany Bouelle, this interest is expressed through her creations and her line, inspired by the art of calligraphy she learned during her childhood alongside her grandfather in Japan. It was the lines of STATEMENT's creations, but also its universe, with codes borrowed from Art Deco and Brutalist architecture, that seduced her.
For her part, often drawing inspiration from art, Amélie Huynh contacted the artist with whom she shared a creative sensibility, charmed by the idea of extending the STATEMENT universe through a unique work.
Tiffany then infuses her creativity into her brushes and creates a painting, two Japanese watercolors and a digital work whose reflections change with the play of light and evoke a chiaroscuro emblematic of the duality embodied by the STATEMENT collections.
The collaboration takes a new turn through a fresco which was born on the window of the STATEMENT 1 boutique, rue du 29 juillet
